EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Swisher Electric Cooperative is inviting cleaning service providers to submit contract proposals for daily
cleaning services at two separate locations.

Applicants must be reliable and are required to submit proof of liability insurance along with professional
references. Proposals can be emailed to Charla Nolen at cnolen@swisherec.org, delivered in person to
401 SW 2nd Street, or mailed to P.O. Box 67, Tulia, Texas 79088.

Submissions may cover both locations in a single proposal or be submitted separately for each location.
All proposals must be received by June 16, 2025.

Cleaning Service Requirements

Rooms to be included:
Bathrooms, Willie Room, common area, work room, individual offices, lobby, breakroom, landing area,
lineman’s room and warehouse (second location).

Daily Cleaning Tasks (Per Location)

  • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Sweep and mop (as needed) all hard surface floors.
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces including desks, counters, and windowsills.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms: sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
  • Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers.
  • Clean kitchen/breakroom areas, including sinks, counters, and tabletops.
  • Wipe down entry doors and high-touch surfaces (e.g., doorknobs, light switches).

Weekly Cleaning Tasks

  • Sweep and mop all floors
  • Dust and clean baseboards and window blinds.
  • Clean vents and light fixtures as needed.
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs.
  • Vacuum and dust all offices
  • Clean office windows
  • Basement trash

Monthly or As-Needed Tasks

  • Sweep basement stairs and floors
  • Dust off all vents
  • Knock down cobwebs
  • Dust blinds and glass in individual offices
  • Report any maintenance issues noticed during cleaning.
